I think you suck, too.

There’s nothing like coming in to work to find out that we lost a job because the client thinks our design work “sucks”.

Well, to you my dear waste-12-hours-of-my-time-with-2-3-hour-long-meetings-and-6-hours-of-research, preparation, and estimating-prospective client, I say you suck too.

oh, and your current site is an eyesore. fucking embarassing.

    1) that client is an ass
    2) The PM or management on that team shoul have in NO WAY told you that.

    Seriously… is everyone a jackass?

you should explore their website for exploitable code and, err, exploit it…

Earth could easily be renamed, Jackassville, it is true. However, I’m trying to take this as a chance to ignite change to our processes and creativity rituals. At the same time, I think the client is 1) way too impressed with themselves 2) encourage a culture of howling inanity 3) will drown in their own reflections.

They currently are and will continue to be the victims of their own arrogance.

I agree with Emily wholeheartedly. There has to be a way to “ignite change” without using demotivating - demoralizing language. However, the fact that you’re channeling energy towards a positive outcome versus destruction is quite admirable. Hmm….maybe management suits you (I know that will make your skin crawl)

Well, I had to laugh because I sent out an email to try to prevent people from feeling too demoralized, and it worked! I joked with my mom that I was destined for a new career as a cheerleader/motivational speaker!

    :)

you’d look mighty fine in a cheerleader skirt, mighty fine…
