With over twelve years of experience in creative design, Matt began his career as a graphic illustrator for the Success for All Foundation, a not-for-profit whole school reform program that started at the Johns Hopkins University. Subsequent to that, Matthew joined Impreza Design as a junior designer. Impreza Design was acquired by G.1440 in 2000.

As Creative Director, Matthew manages G.1440’s design team and sets the creative direction for the company. Matthew was instrumental in bringing web standards to the design and development practices of G.1440 and has focused on developing the User-Centered Design approach that is applied to all design and development projects.

Matt is a member of the Usability Professionals’ Association. His logo design work for a sub-brand (GORGONZ Performance Work Gear) of local sports apparel company 180s was included in Creativity 32: Bright Ideas in Advertising & Design from the USA and Around the World. His work on the Vertis, Inc. website was honored with a Summit Creative Award in 2001.
